TAM™ Strategy
Site content updates — what to add, what to fix, what to remove.
Hand this to the developer alongside the live site. Each section is self-contained: the heading names the change, the content is the copy to implement.
nav update
Navigation Links
Current: Book — Writing — Practice — Contact
Replace with: Book — Writing — Videos — Framework — Think Tank — Contact
Six links. "Practice" is removed; its positioning copy merges into the hero and Framework sections. "Videos," "Framework," and "Think Tank" are new sections on the homepage (anchor links) or separate pages, at the developer's discretion.

Kill the Duplicate Routing Tiles
The four image-based tiles currently under the "Writing" heading (Investor / Land Steward / Operator / Reader with thumbnail images and "Pick This") should be removed entirely. The text-based "Pick a Door" cards below them stay — they are the single routing surface.
The "Writing" heading should no longer carry routing tiles. See the next section for what it should carry instead.

Writing Section — Actual Content
the writing
The writing section should contain the book and any published essays or thinking — not the audience routing tiles.
The Structure of Error
The first long-form articulation of the practice. The book argues that competent analysis fails not from lack of rigor but from a frame that assumes stable ground. It maps the gap between analysis and outcome and proposes a different question: not how do we get this right, but what holds when the conditions shift.
order hardcover · order paperback
Essays
Shorter work that extends the thesis — structural thinking applied to specific problems. Published as they are written, not on a schedule.
forthcoming
When essays exist, each becomes its own card here with a title, a one-line descriptor, and a link. The section grows as the writing grows. The "forthcoming" card can be removed once the first essay is published.
Also update the existing book section's Amazon links. The correct hardcover link is:
https://www.amazon.com/Structure-Error-Trapped-Competence/dp/B0H23G6WJX
Replace both the "Order Hardcover Copy" and "Order Paperback Copy" links currently on the site with the correct URLs.
new section
Videos
the videos
The work, spoken and recorded.
Talks, interviews, and sessions where the thesis is tested in conversation. Published as they happen, not on a schedule.
Forthcoming
Videos will be posted here as they are recorded. Each entry carries a title, a brief descriptor, and the recording itself.
When videos exist, each becomes its own card with a title, a one-line descriptor, and an embedded or linked recording. Keep the styling consistent with the Writing section: dark cards, gold top border, no thumbnail grids, no autoplay. The "forthcoming" card can be removed once the first video is posted. Videos should embed cleanly (YouTube or Vimeo iframe) without introducing platform branding or suggested-content overlays into the page.
Also add Videos to the navigation. Updated nav: Book — Writing — Videos — Framework — Think Tank — Contact.
new section
The Framework
the framework
A structural model for thinking about what holds.
The Transition Architecture Model is the intellectual structure beneath the practice. It does not predict. It does not optimize. It asks a prior question: when the environment an institution was built for is no longer the environment it operates in, what in the structure still works — and what fails silently?
The framework organizes around that question across four registers:
Error Architecture
How competent systems produce structural failure — not through incompetence but through frames that assume conditions that no longer hold.
Transition Structure
What a durable system looks like during the period between the environment it was designed for and the one it must now operate in.
Integration
How separate systems — land, capital, governance, community — bind into a single architecture that holds under load.
Governance
How a distributed structure maintains a common standard across independent nodes without centralizing command.
The book articulates the first register. The practice applies all four. The think tank develops them.
new section
The Think Tank
the think tank
A private room where the work is developed with the people who shape it.
The think tank is not a membership. It is not a community. It is a small room, by design, where people with capital, intellectual authority, or operational capacity participate in the ongoing development of the framework and the strategy it governs.
The room is invitation-only. There is no application. There is no public request form. Entry is by personal invitation from the practice or from a member acting with its authorization.
What the room does
Develops the intellectual work across the framework's registers. Reviews and pressure-tests the thesis. Shapes the expansion strategy. Convenes in person and remotely to resolve the questions the practice carries forward.
Who belongs in it
People who have engaged seriously with the thesis and bring something the room needs: capital that is patient, thinking that is rigorous, or operational knowledge that is earned. Fifty people who shape the work, not five hundred who observe it.
If you have read the book and believe you belong in the room, the path begins with a conversation. Use the contact form and say so directly.

Path Page Positioning Copy
Each path page currently shows only a bare contact form with the path name as a raw slug heading. Add the following positioning copy above the form on each page.
Investor Path
the investor path
For allocators who take the long view on what they back.
This path is for investors, family offices, and foundations examining how regenerative food infrastructure gets built — and what makes the underlying structure durable rather than dependent on a single cycle or exit. The conversation begins here. Marcos responds personally.
Land Steward Path
the steward path
For people thinking past their own working life on the land.
This path is for landowners, families, and stewards considering what happens to their land after them — succession, covenant, intergenerational architecture. The structures that hold across generations begin with a question about what you want to survive you. The conversation starts here.
Operator Path
the operator path
For builders working the same problem from another angle.
This path is for people building or running food infrastructure, multi-stakeholder ventures, or regenerative supply — and finding that the structural questions matter more than the operational ones. If the framework resonates with what you are already doing, this is where the conversation begins.
Reader Path
the reader path
For readers — the book is The Structure of Error.
Request a copy, follow the essays as they are written, and receive invitations to reader sessions when they are convened. No obligation beyond the reading. The work speaks for itself.
remove
Kill "Strategy Collaboration"
The empty "Strategy Collaboration" heading between the routing section and the footer should be removed entirely. An empty section on a site built on precision communicates the opposite of precision.
fix
Form Error Message
Current: "Oops, there was an error sending your message. Please try again later."
Replace with: "the message was not sent. please try again, or reach out directly."
Lowercase, minimal, EB Garamond. The spec names "Oops" as the one word the interface must never say. The replacement should feel like the system speaking quietly, not software apologizing.
fix
Footer
Current: © 2026 All Rights Reserved | TAM Strategy + "Share by" link
Replace with:
TAM™
a research and strategy practice
© 2026 TAM Strategy LLC · All rights reserved
Remove the "Share by" link — it is a builder artifact, not a design decision. The TAM™ mark in the footer should match the gold treatment used in the nav.
