A research and strategy practice
Practice is the work. Structure is what survives
TAM™ Strategy focuses on what holds when the structures around it are changing.
A research practice on what holds
TAM™ Strategy studies durable systems, long-term decision-making, and structural thinking. The work focuses on what remains effective when conditions shift.
the structure of error

The Structure of Error argues that competent analysis stops connecting to outcomes when the underlying environment is changing. The book maps that gap and proposes a different question: not how do we get this right, but what holds when the conditions shift?
Marcos Rivera wrote it after years of consulting work that kept producing accurate analysis and missing outcomes anyway. The pattern wasn’t lack of rigor; it was a frame that assumed a stable ground beneath it.
The book is the first long-form articulation of the practice’s approach. The essays elaborate on it. The work applies it.
